myDream+ Terms

"Unlock the full Dreamsquare library with a myDream+ subscription. These terms govern your membership."

1. The myDream+ Subscription

A myDream+ subscription grants you unlimited access to the full Dreamsquare library, including books, audiobooks, and premium content. By subscribing, you agree to these terms, which supplement our Terms of Use.

2. Billing Cycles

The subscription fee is billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. You will be billed on the calendar day corresponding to the start of your paying subscription.

• Monthly: Charged every month on your billing date.
• Annual: Charged once per year, granting 12 months of uninterrupted access.

3. Payment Methods

To use the Dreamsquare service, you must provide at least one payment method. You authorize us to charge an alternative payment method if your primary method is declined or no longer available.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Within 14 days of your most recent renewal, you may request a refund via our contact form or in-app chat. After this period, payments are non-refundable. No refunds are granted for partial periods or unused content.

5. Price Changes

Dreamsquare may change subscription plans and pricing. Price changes take effect no earlier than 30 days after notice to you. In the event of a price increase, you have the right to cancel your subscription at the end of the current period.

6. Free Trials

A myDream+ subscription may start with a free trial. The duration is specified during sign-up. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

7. Suspension

Dreamsquare reserves the right to suspend your subscription in the event of:

• Repeated payment failures.
• Suspected fraud or abuse.
• Violation of these terms or the Terms of Use.

8. Relationship with Moon Coins

As a myDream+ subscriber, you have unlimited access and do not need to spend Moon Coins. If you also hold Moon Coins, they remain subject to the Moon Coin Credits terms in our Terms of Use, including the 24-month expiry period. Ending your subscription does not affect your Moon Coin balance or its validity.
