Cancelling Your Subscription
We'd hate to see you go, but cancelling is straightforward.
How to cancel
- Sign in to your Dreamsquare account.
- Go to Profile Settings > Subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm your choice. You'll be asked to share a reason — this is optional but helps us improve.
What happens after you cancel
- Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again.
- After your billing period ends, you'll lose access to myDream+ content, including downloaded books and episodes.
- Your account, reading history, bookmarks, and highlights are saved. If you decide to return, everything will be waiting for you.
Billed through a third party?
If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, you'll need to cancel through your device's subscription settings:
- iOS — Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Dreamsquare.
- Android — Open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Dreamsquare.
Note: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the steps above to stop future charges.
